Monday to Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Public Holidays: 8:00am-11:00am
We do provide an after-hours service if you will be arriving outside of these hours.
Please advise us if you will be arriving late and we will explain your check-in procedure.
Deposits & Prepayments
Low Season - No deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment of the reservation will be charged upon checking in.
Mid Season (school holidays) – A deposit of $200 is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount will be charged upon checking in.
Peak Season (end of year school holidays and Easter) – A deposit of $200 is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival from your nominated credit card unless prior arrangements have been made.

Booking Terms and Conditions
- All additional guests must register with reception.
- No refund for early departures
- All apartments are NON-SMOKING
- Please report any damages or breakages to reception immediately, charges may apply at the management discretion.
- No GLASS or crockery can be brought to the pool area, all apartments are supplied with plasticware.
- All guests and visitors must comply with Coolum Beach Resort body corporate by-laws.
- In consideration of other guests, outdoor noise must cease by 9pm and indoors by 10pm.
- Understand that management shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or destruction to any personal property/motor vehicle brought upon these premises by a guest or invitee.
- All guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to keys, and additional charges may apply.
Coolum Beach Getaway Resort has a no party policy.
Identification & Security:
We will ask you to provide photo ID and view your credit card at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained to minimize the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation. You may be asked to provide a credit card “pre-authourisation” as a security deposit on arrival which then may be used to cover any incidental items, breakages or damage incurred during your stay.
Housekeeping and linen service will be provided to guests staying 7 nights or more in which a mid-service clean will be done on or around the middle of your stay.
NOTE: If extra servicing is required additional charges apply.

We do our best to ensure your booking arrangements are satisfactory, however Coolum Beach Getaway Resort does not accept any liability for any injury damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control.
