• Bookings – to confirm a booking a deposit of AUD$200.00 is required. Visa and Mastercard accepted for payment of deposit. *Payment of the balance of tariff is required prior to or upon arrival.
  • Cancellation Refund policy: Low Season – Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned arrival date will be entitled to a refund of deposit paid less an admin fee of $100.00. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days no refund of deposit will be paid. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to occupancy will incur the full amount of the booking tariff. Mid Season – Bookings cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned arrival date will be entitled to a refund of deposit paid less an admin fee of $100.00. Bookings cancelled less than 28 days no refund of deposit will be paid. Bookings cancelled 5 or less days prior to occupancy will incur the full amount of the booking tariff; unless the booking is relet for the original dates of the booking. Bookings cancelled  24 hours prior to occupancy will incur the full amount of the booking tariff. High Season – Bookings cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned arrival date will be entitled to a refund of deposit paid less an admin fee of $100.00. Bookings cancelled less than 28 days there will be no refund of deposit. Bookings cancelled 7 or less days prior to occupancy will incur the full amount of the booking tariff; unless the booking is relet for the original dates of the booking. Bookings cancelled 24 hours prior to occupancy will incur the full amount of the booking tariff.Guests who have a confirmed Reservation and fail to arrive (NO SHOW) will be responsible for the full confirmed tariff. If arriving after, or departing before the confirmed dates, the guest will be responsible for the original “Total Accommodation Charge”
  • At no time during the occupancy by the guests shall the number of persons residing overnight at the premises be more than the number of beds (i.e 1 bedroom units 2 people, 2 bedroom units 4 people, 3 bedroom units 6 people) unless prior arrangements are made with management.
  • Body Corporate Rules & Regulations must be complied with.
  • Linen is included in the tariff.
  • Extra equipment (eg. cots, extra beds, high chairs) can be hired at nominal rates.
  • No responsibility is taken for guest’s personal property left on the premises.
  • All prices quoted are Australian dollars. (AU$)
  • Prices subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a deposit receipt, the tariff will be honoured.
